January to March 2010

Not too much happened in January except that I started school at Angelo State University (ASU) and I started working for APX Alarm. I started school first, I'm going full time, I have three math classes and two generals. For my associates degree I didn't have to do that many generals, so now I'm making up for it. I then started working for APX, they offered me the job a week before thanksgiving and i finally did my first job in January. Things are going a lot smoother now that I have most of the equipment that I need to do my job. They aren't very organized. So my last paycheck was about $2/hr, then a week later after I asked about it we got the rest.

Febuary wasn't too exciting either, I started making a hope chest to put all of our blankets and quilts in. I'll put up a picture when it gets finished. Which hopefully will be done this week, I'm on spring break this next week. I'm excited. And after that, I'm going to make a board for Settlers of Catan, it's going to be pretty sweet.

As for march, I took a Calculus III test and scored an 87% which later I found out that it was the highest grade in the class, which I was pretty happy with, then the teacher decided to curve the test 13 points. So I ended up getting a 100% on the test. Yahoo!! I met a couple in the ward who likes to play games as much as I do. We have been hanging out a lot this week and it has been way fun. They introduced me to a new game that is pretty fun, it's called Bohnanza. I'll have to find a place to play it online and post it on my other website. Yesterday we were able to go to the lubbock temple with some friends and then were treated to dinner at Carino's, very tasty. Then we had the missionaries over for dinner, and had our friends over to play games after that, so we had a very busy day. It was way fun. I wanted to spray the backyard with roundup to kill all the weeds, but I'll have to do it tomorrow. I have a week off and a long to do list.
